Report is an oral or written and documented information regarding the output generated as a result of the assignment. In a formal setting, report is a document containing information organized in a narrative, graphic, or tabular form, prepared on an ad hoc, periodic, recurring, regular, or as required basis. Thus, reports may refer to specific periods, events, occurrences, or subjects, and may be communicated or presented either in oral or written form.
In OFLP, there are three major reports that the stakeholders are expecting. These are;
- program performance report produced every month and every quarter.
- Program event report
- Program indicator report
Each period report is progressive which means the report of the period is the cumulative sum of the previous periods.
And therefore, every program staffs and implementing institutions are asked to accordingly report their performance on these three reports that the regional program management unit will synthesis the report.
